SOP needs to contain a minimum of 60% woodfree paper. It needs to be free of carbon and principally free from carbonless copy paper (CCP) and no carbon required (NCR). SOP contains less than 10% unbleached fibers, including manila envelopes and file covers. SOP contains less than 5% newspapers and packaging. SOP may include a small amount of groundwood computer printout and facsimile paper.
